You are entitled to request a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, for any reason. Whether you're unsatisfied with the product, changed your mind, or the flowers didn’t meet your expectations — we’ll put it right.

✅ Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

• The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be returned in the original packaging (where applicable).
• Fresh flowers may be partially wilted upon return; however, they must be returned within 48 hours of your refund request.
• For non-perishable items (e.g. vases, gifts), items must be unused and in saleable condition.

Note: Refunds are still granted even if the flowers have been disposed of or gifted — please just contact us with a photo and brief explanation.

🚚 Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping within the UK. After your refund request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label or arrange a courier collection, depending on the item type.

💳 How Refunds Are Processed

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method (e.g. debit/credit card or PayPal).
• Once we receive and review your return (or validate your claim via photo), refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

• Flower subscriptions already fulfilled and delivered
